My name is Victoria Lee. I actually am the Associate Recruiter for People Incorporated in Mental Health Services. A recruiter actually I got to support hiring managers for their opening positions. Technically anything from phone interview to as the person to contact with for the candidate, you know, asking them the questions and managing through requisitions. Disposition the candidate, schedule for in-person interview, debrief with the candidate as well as the manager who we're looking for. Also, we get to go to career fairs just to reach out to the students because we have internships at our programs. Also, I'm the person to go to different conferences for recruiters to update our knowledge of what's out there so we can bring back and help the company. Today, we will have our own booth here at the fair. We technically have the things to talk with the students. Let them know our services because not a whole lot of people are familiar with our mental health services we have and talk with them about opportunities, what we have openings out there for employment, as well as internships. As a recruiter, we go to Minnesota recruiters conferences every spring or the fall. We also go to teaching conferences to reach out to those HR professionals as well as recruiters, learn more about sourcing, reaching out to candidates. What are the technologies out there helping us for recruiting? Also, learn more of what's the trends out there. What are they seeing? What is the labor market going out there? Getting to know any things that we need to get updates on.
