>> Hi, I am Katie Hoffman. I am a 2006 graduate of Villanova University. I started a career in campus recruiting, and I am currently employed by PNC Bank managing their campus recruiting efforts for their corporate and institutional banking division. Campus recruiting is something where we go out to targeted universities that PNC establish. And we go out and we participate in the campus career fairs. We do on campus recruiting events. And we kind of start to develop a pipeline with the students who are interested in getting into financial services. And we eventually introduce them into our business professionals for them to meet and have discussions. And we help students secure an internship position or full-time opportunity after they graduate. The exciting part about my job is the fact that when we're going out and we're meeting with students and you're helping kind of guide and coach them on what they want to do after they graduate. It's exciting to establish a relationship with these individuals early on in the process and kind of see them develop through the recruiting cycle. Typically, we work between 8 and 5. But when we are out on the road and we're traveling, your days can be a lot longer than your typical average 8 hour work day. So you have to be flexible. I mean, PNC's fantastic in the sense that, you know, if we can get in at 8 and leave at 5, fantastic. But if there's work to be done, obviously, sometimes you might have to stay a little bit later, and I'm okay with that.
