>> Greg Zimmerman. I'm currently the director of global application and product engineering for SKF Aerospace. SKF is the world's largest bearing manufacturer. I am responsible for approximately 65 engineers located at about 9 different locations around the world. And supporting both the front line customer activities from the application side and then on the product engineering side, responsible for the day to day design work. We're very much working then with the OEM's. So these would be starting at, with the main airframe manufacturers. So this can be of course the, the big ones being Boeing and Airbus when you talk about the air framers. And of course then on helicopter markets, so this could be anybody like Bell, Sikorsky, Boeing, both commercial and military. So we're very much then on the frontline you know, gathering customer requirements whether it's going to be a new application, a new engine that's require for a plane, a new gear box in a helicopter, sometimes new platforms or it can be upgrades of existing ones. And so we would start with gathering those customer requirements, bringing those back into then our design team's manufacturing units and then looking to see if that can be a customer partnership. Again you know there's no catalog for aerospace, so you, everything is very much custom engineered. So really it, you start of course with a long history of knowing what works out there in the field, but at the same time everything is redesigned compared to the needs of that platform.
